Founder of Fine Tuned Properties, Marcus is a dual-licensed agent in Arizona and Nevada, with over a decade of industry chops. His roots? Arizona native working with Hospitality heavyweights like Marriott and Hilton—where attention to detail wasn’t just expected, it was the standard.
Today, he brings that same five-star mindset to property management, combining strategy, service, and just the right amount of swagger. When he’s not fine-tuning investment portfolios, he’s soaking up life with his amazing wife Tegan, his brilliant daughter London, and their Corgi pup Neville Loafbottom.

Garrett brings his A-game to Fine Tuned Properties as a licensed Arizona agent with deep roots in operations, leadership, and athletics. With years of management experience and an extensive sideline résumé that includes being an Assistant Coach at Weber State, he founded Playmaker Sports, Garrett knows how to run a game plan and execute under pressure.
When he’s not helping clients win in real estate, he’s running adult leagues, youth camps, and sharpening life skills both on and off the court. Above all, he’s a proud husband to his incredible wife Shanae and a dedicated girl dad to his two MVPs—Harper and Ivy.
